Most are familiar with clear aligners offered by Invisalign. This system utilizes a series of aligners that are custom-made from the beginning of your treatment. Each pair is designed to represent a unique stage of your realignment, ensuring that if your teeth aren’t shifting as planned, we can easily make adjustments. The aligners must be worn for at least 22 hours per day in order for the teeth to effectively shift into their new positions. Since the aligners are fully transparent and removable, you can easily achieve a straighter smile without anyone noticing, nor without making changes to your diet or oral care habits.
ClearCorrect’s clear aligners offer the same method of straightening teeth, but are a relatively newer system to the market. These aligners are produced entirely in the U.S. and are incredibly effective at shifting teeth while still being very transparent. Like Invisalign, the series is made from start to finish so that Dr. Badawy can keep close track of your progress. If at any point we determine that you are not wearing the aligners for long enough, we’ll help you make adjustments as necessary. On average, treatment time for ClearCorrect ranges between 8 and 18 months depending on the complexity of your case.
